Payment & access

We use Polar.sh for payments. The pricing model is strict one-time only. After you pay, log in with the same email and you'll see your access there.

Customizing components

Our components are provided as functional React components. Any customization is up to you; a general knowledge of React, HTML, and CSS is required.

Refund policy

In general we do not offer refunds on digital goods, as they cannot be returned and abuse is common. Please consider your purchase carefully. If you have a legitimate or extenuating reason, please contact us.

Situations where refunds are not provided:

  • You've downloaded the item but no longer want it.
  • You changed your mind.
  • The item was purchased in error.
  • You lack the skills to use or implement the code.
  • In your opinion the item is low quality or does not meet your expectations.
  • You request a refund but do not provide a reason or evidence.

Step 1: Submit in writing

Send your refund request to hello@skiper-ui.com. The subject line must include "Refund Request" and your account email.

Step 2: Attach required documentation

  • Polar receipt or payment confirmation (clear screenshot with date, amount, transaction ID).
  • Your account email or username.
  • A detailed written explanation (specific circumstances; not one of the excluded reasons above).

Step 3: review

We will review your request within 5–7 business days. Do not submit duplicate requests.

Important notes

  • Incomplete requests or missing documentation will be rejected.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase may need extra verification.
  • All communication must go through the official support email.
  • Refund decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
